Our BAITONG sandblasting room with automatic reclaim of the abrasive material can operate with any type of abrasive material, such as carbon steel grit, stainless steel grit, micro glass spheres, brown or white aluminum oxide, plastic abrasive materials, etc. Which always ensure a very high productivity index. Since abrasive material recycling is automatically and simultaneously done, which allows the immediate restart of works when the re-load of abrasive material if blasting machine is depleted.
This abrasive material reclaim system requires extremely reduced foundations, and can optionally be built without the need of foundations, or still on container type mobile rooms.
Optionally, BAITONG can supply room kits with the components that are necessary for the client, such as automatic or semi-automatic abrasive material reclaim system, exhaust systems, etc., which will always fully meet the safety and environmental standards.
